  • Fully owned and operated Hampden’s social media presence across platforms, overseeing everything from strategy and creative direction to content production, posting, and community management

  • Grew Instagram following from 76K to 86K in 18 months through consistent, insight-driven storytelling and strategic community engagement

  • Produced all content in-house — concepting, directing, styling, and editing photo and video assets (6.2M+ views)

  • Led a platform-wide content shift from overly branded editorial to high-performing UGC and behind-the-scenes content based on audience behavior

  • Produced and managed Hampden’s Guest Editor series, highlighting Charleston businesswomen through shoots and interviews I coordinated, styled, and directed

Social Media Marketing (Paid/Strategic)

  • Developed creative strategies and briefs for paid campaigns that significantly increased return on ad spend, generating over $475k in attributed revenue over the last 18 months

  • Scripted and directed paid ad creative, coordinating shoot production, on-screen talent, copy, and visuals optimized for performance

  • Partnered with internal and external marketing teams to align paid and organic campaigns for consistent storytelling across channels
